Feet. Pretty feet and ugly feet
My daughter and my grandfather both have one leg that is shorter than the other. This causes them trouble all throughout their bodies.
My grandfather wore an orthotic specially made on his shoe to compensate for that.
There are actually a pretty good amount of horses out there with Limb Length Disparity.
Mother Nature is pretty amazing. The shorter limb will grow an adaptive foot and these horses will stay sound in flat work.

But
We humans like things to be pretty and matchy matchy.
If we don’t recognize that the reason the feet are different is because it is needful, then we cause the horse to go off.
You need to recognize that when a pair of feet is not fairly closely matched there is a reason. Hopefully there is a skilled professional in your life who can help you pinpoint the Why behind it.
When the reason is LLD that shorter limb has to be trimmed as an individual foot, in such a way that the compensatory adaptation is left alone, and not to match the other one.
Critical thinking and diagnostics should also take place to see if the horse has actual, structural LLD or it has developed because the horse has been worked in such a way that the body has become unbalanced and needs Chiro, etc for restoration as well as a riding program overhaul.
