

More than a Rescue:
Heart of Phoenix accepts Horses in Need
At any given time, Heart of Phoenix holds 120-160 horses within our facility and through our foster homes.
We try to focus on the horses that are in MOST NEED. We cannot always accept a new intake, but we do try to not turn any equine away, as long as we have space and funding to care for the horse.
If you have a horse(s) you cannot keep and care for anymore,

If these situations above do not apply, or even if they do but you still would prefer Heart of Phoenix accepts your horse(s), we are willing to help IF we have the space and resources to give your horse what he needs.

If we have AGREED TO Accept your horse(s), please try your best to arrange transport if possible. If not, we will arrange to pick your horse(s) up. MAKE SURE YOU FILL THIS SURRENDER FORM OUT ONCE WE HAVE Agreed to accept your horse(s).
