Forms you will need:
- Adoption Day Check List Agreement (Must read and submit prior to visit) – THIS IS IMPORTANT AND HAS A LOT OF INFORMATION that is vital for you to read, understand and sign. MAKE sure to include any discussed caveats, like boarding for a year, training and medical issues or limiations here
- Liability Release (sign before visit)
- Adoption Agreement – Required to finalize an adoption. MAKE sure to include any discussed caveats, like riding limitations, training and medical issues there.
- Boarding Barn Agreement (if applies)
- Standards of Care (read for contract)
