Heart of Phoenix first circulated this survey last September when we began is seeing an increase in owner surrender requests.
Since then, we have gathered last year’s results, and we are looking to compare the changes to the current situation we are all experiencing.
We, in a desire to be prepared for winter and 2023, want to gather data as to what are the main reasons owners are considering surrendering and what are things owners who are keeping their horses may be concerned about in the future.
