Heart of Phoenix knows how to throw a bash, and this year, the theme is “HATS!”
This Gala Benefits West Virginia’s largest equine organization, a 501(c)3 horse rescue.
This year, we are trading masks for HATS, fascinators and head pieces!
The night truly opens with a Christmas and Jazz performance by a well-known entertainer in the region, John Eric Booth.
Enjoy an super fun photobooth, courtesy of Leah Vance Photography.
Find tables throughout the evening filled with silent auction items ranging from one of a kind art pieces, handmade items to gift certificates..
Enjoy a touching presentation from the rescue president, and then enter our BEST HAT contest for $20 dollars to complete for a prize.
Continue the evening with a talented DJ, as well as a dance off complete with Prizes for the winning side!
The cost is $50 per ticket, and Your ticket includes heavy appetizers and an open bar (Beer and Wine) from 6-8pm, with a full cash bar operating until 10pm.
The Ball is Open to the Public, and it will be an event to remember, as usual (4 years running, and last year, we sold out at over 175 attendees).
