Aster and Iris: The Prettiest Pair in the Land

Aster was running in an almost feral environment a few weeks ago. There was a herd of 7, and this mare was heavily bred.

She had to be left behind initially because she couldn’t be caught. When a trainer we knew was willing to go back on horseback and catch her, he found she’d foaled in the time between when we tried to first bring her to HOP.

She is about 15.1hh and very solid in build. The filly is a week old at this time and sired by a stocky QH type stallion (accepted in HOP, as well, but currently held at Gentle Giants)

This pair is seeking a sponsor.

They will be adoptable soon.
