Thank you to the ASPCA for going the extra mile to help horses in need in the impoverished area of West Virginia! Heart of Phoenix appreciates that even when the fiscal year had closed, they ASPCA worked with us to get emergency funding to save 3 lives in two animal control seizure cases that were all in desperate need during December of 2014!
