- Adoption Day Check List (Must read and submit prior to visit) – THIS IS IMPORTANT AND HAS A LOT OF INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED
- Liability Release (sign before visit)
- Adoption Agreement – Required
- Boarding Barn Agreement (if applies)
- Standards of Care (read for contract)
